The fitness program I design for you will be customized to your personal requirements, goals, weight, lifestyle and preferences. The training program I provide will be tailored towards your weekly routines and built around it.
Six-week program €250
This six-week program includes an initial consultation/assessment with me, where I can take specific measurements like BMI (Body Mass Index), body composition, heart rate, physical measurements, which will determine what level of program you need. it also include the specialised program and one personal training session to show you the various exercise and how to do them correctly. Better technique, better results. This option is perfect for you if you need help getting started on a fitness program or just need some new training ideas to get back into it. Support and advice is provided throughout the six weeks if required. After 4 weeks I will contact you to find out how you are getting on, answer any questions, discuss your progress, etc.
At the end of the six weeks, I will arrange an appointment so we can measure and analyze your results and show you how you can go forward with them.
12-week program €390
This 12-week program includes the initial consultation/assessment with me, a specialized program and two personal training sessions to show you various exercise and how to do them correctly. Again, we will take all the necessary measurements and information at the first meeting. This option is perfect for you if you are serious about your fitness goals and objectives. if you are looking at going to the next level in your chosen sport, find you have plateaued in your current fitness program, want to build muscle or increase your strength and conditioning. Support and advice is provided throughout the 12 weeks if required. After every 4 weeks we will contact you to find out how you are getting on, answer any questions, discuss your progress etc. At the end of the 12 weeks, I will arrange an appointment so we can measure and analyze your results and show you how you far you have come.
