You´d be amazed at the number of people who think just because they´re working out regularly that it gives them a licence to eat whatever they want but unfortunately this is not the case, and even if you work out constantly, you can’t recondition your body if you constantly give in to cravings, high-fat foods, and sweet treats.
Basically, flat abs are made in the kitchen and no amount of exercise  can shape sexy, lean muscle if you maintain an unhealthy diet. That´s why it´s so important to align your exercise routine with a nutrition plan to get the body you want.

A great exercise program works if it does not have to work against an unhealthy diet. This is why you can’t out-train a bad diet.  It is really important to know what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. A healthy eating lifestyle is the only way to utilise working out to the maximum. When a person says they can eat what they want because they exercise, their body has other ideas! The exercise will not offset the excess calories. Running on a tread mill is great but it will not burn the excess calories of eating a cheeseburger and chips.

In general, people underestimate the actual amount of calories they eat and drink and over estimate the amount of calories they burn during a workout. Unless a person lives a healthy eating lifestyle combined with a regular exercise routine the body will not be able to burn the excess.  It takes both.

So this is where my nutrition plan comes in – my food is easy to prepare and tastes delicious. We´re not even using the word ´diet´ here. This isn’t about restricting yourself, feeling deprived and driving yourself crazy counting calories –life is too short and precious for that! This is about ADDING nutrients to your body which will energise you and make you feel amazing leaving you time to enjoy your life while you create your fittest, healthiest body ever …
